It's the newest injury of the technology age: iPad shoulder. Researchers say using a tablet for extended periods can lead to poor posture.

Most users tend to set the tablet on their laps causing them to look down for an extended period of time. That puts more pressure on joints causing aching shoulders and neck injuries.

Experts suggest propping the iPad up on a table instead.
