For the burger:
3 cups of canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs.   A1 steak sauce
1 tsp. paprika
½ tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander
½ tsp. adobo seasoning
2 cloves of garlic minced
3 green onions minced

For the sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup cilantro
1 tbs. chili powder
1 chipotle pepper minced
juice of one lime
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. coriander powder
1 tbs. or to taste of your favorite hot sauce

Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and whisk together set in cooler to chill until needed

Garnish: pepper jack cheese, fresh salsa, avocado on a small Kaiser roll

Use a food processor and pulse ¾’s of the beans with all of the other ingredients until a smooth paste is formed, using a spoon add the remaining beans so that they stay whole. Patty the curd mixture into round burger patty’s dust with flour and cook in a non stick skillet with a bit of vegetable oil until browned on all sides. Top with pepper jack cheese to melt. Serve on a toasted bun with the sauce and garnish with the salsa and avocado
