An undercover detective contacted a phone number offering sexual services and spoke to a woman. The woman asked "Are you a cop?" and "Once you get here, I will have to check you out first."
The undercover detective met two women at the InTown Suites in the 800 block of East Main Street shortly after that phone call. Once inside of a guest room, police said 30-year-old Nicole Fortner and 37-year-old Dianna Nicley agreed to have sex with the detective for $200. After the detective gave the women money, they began to undress.
At that moment, an unknown man came into the room and apologized for interrupting. Nicely told the man "It's okay, it's just my husband, he knows what we do," according to police. The detective immediately opened the door and other officers entered the room.
While searching the room, detectives found a brown plastic bottle inside of Fortner's purse. Police said the bottle had hydrocodone pills. Detectives also found an electronic stun gun inside of the room.
Nicley and Fortner were both charged with prostitution. Fortner was also charged with possession of a controlled substance. Police said she had a warrant for her arrest out of Marion County.
Fortner is currently being held in the Johnson County Jail. Nicely posted bond and was released.
