A 40 year old woman was shot in the side in her ribs and came to a gas station to call 911. The shooting took place a few houses down from the gas station.
Police believe it was her boyfriend who shot her and he may have used a shotgun.

She's in stable condition at Methodist Hospital. She informed police there is a history of domestic violence.
The boyfriend has not been caught and he is 48 years old.
