Bicyclist injured after hit and run on Indianapolis west side

A bicyclist was hit by a passing car at 31st and Clifton around 2:30 a.m. Monday. The driver took off following the incident. The victim is expected to survive.

A short time later police found the stolen, burned out hit and run vehicle (a brown Chevrolet Caprice Classic) at nearby Congress and Elmira.
