Two Jackson County men were arrested Thursday for allegedly molesting a 9-year-old family member.
An Indiana State Police detective said she received information about the alleged incident in mid-January from the Jackson County Division of Family Services. It was suspected a 9-year-old boy was the victim of sexual abuse by two family members.
Paul Stanton, 55, and Jerry Stanton, 45, were arrested Thursday after an investigation. Paul was charged with two counts of child molesting, one Class A felony and one Class C felony. Jerry was charged with one count of child molesting, a Class A felony.
