12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
Bring the cream to a boil, then remove from the heat at once and pour over a bowl of chocolate chips. Let it stand, covered for a moment to soften the chocolate, then whisk until smooth.
Prepare morning of shoot and bring to station in covered bowl. Serve with sliced fruit.
