3 cups of grilled chicken breast cubed
¼ of a medium red onion diced
15-20 blanched green beans cut into ½ inch segments
½ cup blue berries
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 Tbs. minced fresh tarragon
2 Tbs. minced fresh basil
1 cup Greek yogurt

1 head of lettuce – romaine, Bibb, or ice berg will work.
Sea salt and cracked black pepper

After the chicken is completely cool from grilling cut it into small cubes and place in large mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients and toss to evenly coat. Spoon into the lettuce and serve.
