2 cups water
¼ cup butter (melted to liquid)
2 T dehydrated onion
3T sugar
2 T of the following herbs: Thyme/Dill/Basil
2 Tbs Salt
2 pks dry active yeast
5 – 6 cup bread flour

Water  first!.. half the bread flour, the butter, the onion ( rehydrate the onion in the butter..tip), sugar, herbs, salt yeast.    Mix until smooth, add the rest of the flour until pulls away.. leave just tacky to the touch on this one.

Now.. this is a fast rise… so, about 10 minutes in a warm spot. Then PUNCH.. then shape, then 15 more minutes.  Then bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
