Ingredients

  • 1 cup Down Town honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup steak sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1-1/2 cups brown sugar

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together the honey, molasses, ketchup, cinnamon, paprika, ginger, ground black pepper, salt, oregano, garlic, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar until well blended.  Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.
