1 lb. carrots, sliced
3 tablespoons Shedd’s Spread Country Crock® Honey Spread or Original Country Crock, divided
¼ cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt

Cover carrots with 1-inch water in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes; drain. Return carrots to skillet. Add 2 tablespoons Shedd’s Spread Country Crock® and remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until carrots are tender. To serve top with remaining tablespoon Shedd’s Spread.
