1 jar of Spicy Hoosier Momma
4 envelopes gelatin
1 cup plus two ounces CHILLED vodka of choice
Garnishes of choice

In a medium sauce pan combine 24 ounces of Hoosier Momma Spicy Bloody Mary Maker and four envelopes of gelatin. Bring to a slow rolling boil, whisking continuously for two mi minutes to ensure proper disolving of gelatin.

Take off heat and allow to cool for 15 minutes.

Slowly stir in vodka, and pour mixture into an 8 inch baking dish.

Put into the refigerator to cool for around 3 hours.

Take the remaining 8 oz of Hoosier Momma and 2 oz. of vodka. Make yourself a bloody mary, and wait.

After 3 hours take a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen set mixture then ease out onto a cutting board with a rubber spatula.

Cut into 1-2 inch squares and garnish with your favorite bloody mary accutrements like olives, celery, salami, cheese, etc. Serve chilled. Mixture can also be poured into traditional plastic "Jell-O shot cups" for easier transporting.
