Brew the tea according to the instructions on the package or tea bags, BUT double the amount of tea bags used. An example would be if three bags of tea where used for one gallon of water, you would want to use six. While tea is still hot add the honey and stir until it is dissolved. Allow to cool until room temperature. Add 2 table spoons of vanilla extract per gallon of brewed tea.
To serve pour over ice, and garnish with fresh mint leafs
