10 breaded shrimp
2 oz. orange peel sauce
½ cup cucumber slaw
1 tbsp green onions

1. Place Shrimp into Fryer and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Remove shrimp from the fryer 
3. Transfer shrimp to a mixing bowl and ladle 2 oz of Mandarin Orange sauce over the shrimp, gently stir with spatula to coat shrimp.
4. Add Cucumber Slaw to bowl and stir.
5. Place Shrimp and Slaw mixture into glass.
6. Sprinkle with green onions.
7. Serve immediately with one side plate per guest.
