Incregients:
- 1 Small Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded and diced
- 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 1 Medium Onion, Diced fine
- 3 Cloves minced garlic
- 8 Small tomatoes, seeded & diced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Whiskey
- 3 Tbs. Dark Molasses
- 2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Honey
- 1 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Tbs. Chili Powder
- 1 Tbs. Paprika
- - Heat large sauce pan with oil
- - Add onion, garlic, pepper and sweat for 5 min
- - Add Tomatoes and simmer for 15 min
- - Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30-45 min
- - Puree with Immersion blender
- - Can store for 1-2 weeks in fridge
