Incregients:
  • 1 Small Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded and diced
  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion, Diced fine
  • 3 Cloves minced garlic
  • 8 Small tomatoes, seeded & diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Whiskey
  • 3 Tbs. Dark Molasses
  • 2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tbs. Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Honey
  • 1 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tbs. Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbs. Paprika
Directions:
  1. - Heat large sauce pan with oil
  2. - Add onion, garlic, pepper and sweat for 5 min
  3. - Add Tomatoes and simmer for 15 min
  4. - Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30-45 min
  5. - Puree with Immersion blender
  6. - Can store for 1-2 weeks in fridge
