1 brownie, approximately 3-inch square
1 chocolate chip cookie, approximately 3 inches in diameter
1 scoop Blue Bell Dessert Trio Ice Cream, approximately ½ cup
chocolate dessert topping, optional
Place scoop of ice cream on top of brownie. Place cookie on top of ice cream, flat side down. Press gently on cookie to spread the ice cream to the edges of the cookie. Serve immediately. Eat it like a sandwich with your hands or place on a dessert dish and drizzle with chocolate sauce (if desired). Large enough to share with a friend. Makes one or two servings.
