- 4 oz fish
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/8 cup black beans
- 1/8 cup onions
- tbsp cilantro
- tbsp diced chiles
- 1/8 cup tomatoes
- 4 oz cilantro lemon lime sauce
- In a skillet, cook fish over medium heat until light brown on both sides, approximately 3 minutes each side.
- Cut fish into pieces at desired thickness for tacos.
- Heat tortillas in skillet if desired.
- Lay fish in the middle of warm tortillas.
- Add chopped vegetables on top of the fish.
- Drizzle cilantro lemon lime sauce over vegetables.
