• 4 oz fish
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/8 cup black beans
  • 1/8 cup onions
  • tbsp cilantro
  • tbsp diced chiles
  • 1/8 cup tomatoes
  • 4 oz cilantro lemon lime sauce

 

  • In a skillet, cook fish over medium heat until light brown on both sides, approximately 3 minutes each side.
  • Cut fish into pieces at desired thickness for tacos.
  • Heat tortillas in skillet if desired.
  • Lay fish in the middle of warm tortillas.
  • Add chopped vegetables on top of the fish.
  • Drizzle cilantro lemon lime sauce over vegetables.
