Servings: 4
2 cups cooked Irish oatmeal
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cinnamon sticks
Stir cinnamon and brown sugar into cooked oatmeal. Top with cranberries and chopped walnuts. One cinnamon stick for garnish.
