Sweetened Cabbage
Sliced Tomato
White Onions
Pickles
Mayo
Creole Mustard
Yellow Mustard
Cooked prime Rib sliced thin
Louisiana style French Bread, sliced

To make sweetened cabbage: 
Cook the cabbage down. This will soften it some. Add about a quarter cup of sugar and continue cooking until the sugar is dissolved. Add about a half ounce of honey, season with salt and pepper. Cook until its al' dente meaning almost done or until its only firm in the middle.

Layer first eight ingredients on sliced bread.  Enjoy!
