1 can (15 oz.) Libby’s Organic Black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz.) Libby’s Organic Garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15.25 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
½ cup finely diced onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup diced red bell pepper
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
¼ cup olive oil
4 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt to taste

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Makes 6 servings.
