Romaine Lettuce 1 cup
Spring Greens 1 cup
Strawberry vinaigrette 1oz
Fresh Strawberries 4 slices
Pineapple Tidbits 2 oz
Mandarin Oranges 2oz
Thin julienne red onion ½ oz
Cucumbers seeded/slice 1 oz
Shredded Carrot
Toasted Almonds
In large mixing bowl toss spring green and romaine with dressing until well coated with dressing.
Using both hands grab 1/2 of the dressed greens to compress and place in the bottom of a salad bowl.
Place the remainder of the ingredients (not the toasted almonds) in the bowl with remaining greens and tossed well to coat.
Using both hands place this mixture on top of the dressed greens.
Garnish with toasted almonds.
Serve immediately.
