South side I-465 lane restrictions this weekend
The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) will restrict two lanes of Interstate 465 on the city’s south side this weekend to repair damaged pavement.

Beginning tonight at 9 p.m., INDOT maintenance crews will restrict the left and center lanes of eastbound I-465 at the 4.3 mile marker near State Road 37/Harding Street (exit 4).  The restriction does not affect access to the exit ramps and is expected to be lifted by Sunday, January 8 at 5 p.m.

INDOT reminds drivers to follow posted speed limits and be cautious while driving through all work zones.  Drivers can learn the locations of work zones and highway restrictions before they depart by calling INDOT’s TrafficWise at 1-800-261-ROAD (7623) or view an online map at www.TrafficWise.IN.gov.
