Mayor Tries To Visit IMPD Crash Victim; Turned Away

Fox59 News has learned Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard tried to visit Kurt Weekly, one of the motorcycle victims injured when IMPD Officer David Bisard crashed into them August 6th. Mayor Ballard's Chief of Staff, Robert Vane, confirmed to Fox59 News that the mayor had tried to visit Weekly. He was turned away because the mayor was not on the list of people who could visit Weekly. Weekly is listed as a "no information" patient, meaning his family wishes to keep his medical condition quiet.
