A Kentucky-based company that specializes in children clothing announced a voluntary recall of their pajamas Friday.
Bella Bliss issued a recall of approximately 2,300 of their Henley Pima Cotton Pajamas.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said the pajamas “fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injury to children.”
The two-piece, cotton pajamas have “Bella Bliss” inscribed in the neck tag. The sleepwear being recalled ranges from sizes 2 to 12.
The recalled products were sold through Bella Bliss’ website or catalog, specialty clothing retailers and online stores from January 2008 to June 2011.
CPSC said children should stop wearing the pajamas immediately and return it to where the product was purchased.
