Bisard investigators ask for Fox59 video of crash scene

Thursday, metro police investigators asked for all video shot by Fox59 News photographers who were on the scene after Officer David Bisard crashed into three motorcyclists, killing one.

Internal investigators want to see edited and unedited footage from all of the news photographers there. Under the microscope, the actions of the officers on the scene including their body language and demeanor along with any other potential non-verbal communication they may have shared.
