Brown County - It's been a month since a fire destroyed the Little Nashville Opry in Brown County. But worries about the fire hurting tourism are fading as thousands visit Nashville for its biggest weekend of the year.

Tourists flock there this time of year to get a close look at the changing fall leaves. And local shop owners say business is booming.

Picture perfect weather drew plenty of visitors this weekend.

"We just work all the time. Take a weekend off come and get away. Forget about everything at home you know and just enjoy the day," said visitor Kevin Tuell.

"we love coming down here as a family because it's just a fun laid back atmosphere and good walking around. Good food," added Neil Rothermel.

The tourism board says last month's fire at the Little Nashville Opry could eventually impact Nashville's bottom line. But officials won't know how much until the spring.
