CARMEL, IN—
Andrew McGrath was arrested in September. Federal prosecutors charged the 30 year-old with sexual exploitation of children, possession of child porn, and obtaining custody of a minor to produce sexually explicit images.McGrath worked for the Tri-County Education Center.
If convicted, he could spend life in prison.
