Pacers owner Herb Simon sued by former employees

Herb Simon is being sued by his former nanny and his former driver.

The nanny's lawsuit against the Indiana Pacers team owner was filed in court Wednesday. Claudia Leite said she was let go after telling Simon that she was pregnant. She claims Simon fired her, fearing that she would want to take a leave of absence when the baby was due.

Simon's former driver claims he was fired after he became disabled from a severe infection. Both employees also said they were denied several paychecks. Simon has yet to comment on either lawsuit.
