Indianapolis—
Just after 11 a.m. Friday, accused IMPD Officer David Bisard came to the City County Building with his team of lawyers and his wife. Fox59 News observed Bisard being re-checked after going through a mandatory metal detector screening.Bisard was allowed to enter the building but about a minute later on the 3rd floor of the City-County Building's west wing, it appears someone from his entourage pushed a local TV reporter in the back. The push then caused the reporter to lunge forward and into one of Bisard's friends or family members.
As it turns out, a Fox59 photographer captured the event which included that same reporter getting elbowed by the woman the reporter was shoved into. The entire incident lasted maybe a second or two. Tune in Friday for Fox59 News: First at Four and Live at Five to see the video.
