Six year-old girl found with meth in her system
LAPORTE, IN - A 6-year-old Laporte girl tested positive for methamphetamine and police say her parents are to blame.

The girl is suffering from a condition called "meth mouth," caused by breathing vapors from the chemicals used in the meth cooking process. Symptoms include sores and rotting teeth.

The girl was taken to the hospital where doctors also found meth in her system.

The girls' parents are being held in the Laporte county jail facing a number of charges.
