Police: Hartford City man arrested after video recording woman in shower

A Hartford City man was arrested Saturday after police said he videotaped a woman taking a shower in his home.

Michael Lambert, 51, was charged with voyeurism, a Class D felony. 

Police said Lambert was arrested after another person living in the home found two videos of a woman taking a shower on the home computer.

Police said the suspect admitted to hiding the video camera in a small basket inside the bathroom in order to record the victim in the shower.

Lambert was held in the Blackford County jail under a $1,000 bond.  His trial is set for May 16.
