A judge announced Thursday that she might throw out key portions of a lawsuit against Indiana Pacers owner Herb Simon and his wife.
A former nanny is suing the Simons because she claims she was fired because she became pregnant.
The judge said yesterday that she didn't believe much of the nanny's testimony. She also said she doubted the testimony of a chauffeur who joined in the lawsuit.
The judge could make her decision sometime Thursday or Friday.
