Inappropriate contact accusations surface at Wishard Hospital

A Marion County Sheriff's Deputy was working security, when he alerted the department to the issue.

An investigation is now underway after accusations of inappropriate contact surfaced at Wishard Hospital in downtown Indianapolis.

A Marion County Sheriff's Deputy was working security, when he alerted the department to the issue.

According to a police report, a correctional officer found "a samsung cell phone in room #24 of the detention area at the hospital" and that "there was a questionable video on the device."

Right now, police aren't saying what was on the video but Wishard Hospital, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Sheriff's Department are all investigating.
