KNOX COUNTY, IN—

A Knox County judge and his wife were arrested Wednesday for allegedly stealing money from the court.

Bicknell City Judge Andrew Moreland and Cindy Moreland were arrested when the couple surrendered to state police.

Officers say roughly $21,000 worth of traffic tickets and other fines were allegedly taken from the city court.

The couple is facing five counts of theft and the Indiana Supreme Court has ordered that Judge Moreland be suspended.
