LAPORTE COUNTY, IN -
Indiana State Police stopped a mini-van Wednesday afternoon in Laporte County. After talking to the driver, the trooper called for a K-9 officer.
The dog alerted police to drugs in the van and officers recovered about $16,000 worth of pot.
The driver is now in the Laporte County jail.
