Marion County Sheriff's deputy won't be charged for alleged groping

The prosecutor says there isn't enough evidence to charge a Marion County Sherriff¿s deputy for allegedly groping a 12-year-old girl at a Super Bowl event.

The prosecutor says there isn't enough evidence to charge a Marion County Sherriff’s deputy for allegedly groping a 12-year-old girl at a Super Bowl event.  Instead, Ryan Radez will face charges of public intoxication.

He was arrested Friday night in downtown Indianapolis.

The alleged victim told police she was groped while watching a concert in the Super Bowl Village.

Radez is currently suspended with pay.
