The prosecutor says there isn't enough evidence to charge a Marion County Sherriff’s deputy for allegedly groping a 12-year-old girl at a Super Bowl event. Instead, Ryan Radez will face charges of public intoxication.
He was arrested Friday night in downtown Indianapolis.
The alleged victim told police she was groped while watching a concert in the Super Bowl Village.
Radez is currently suspended with pay.
So much for Sheriff Layton's pledge to "hold his department to a higher standard" It's back to the same old thing, the rules are DIFFERENT for ANYONE wearing a badge!!! It's sickening. I'm just as disappointed with the new D.A.. So far, I haven't seen much difference from Brizzi. Even though it makes me gag, I have to agree with Air Pilot, if this creep didn't have a badge be would be in jail, and we will see this pervert again because perverts keep doing it. In any case, I hope the parents of this young girl sue the hell out of the city/county because they sure didn't try to protect this creep's victim.
This is unbelieveable,,, anyone else "not hiding behind a badge" would be in jail we havn't seen the last of this pervert.
