Three lanes of westbound Interstate 465 at Allisonville Road were closed for a short time Wednesday, following a crash.
According to officials, an oversized load struck the Allisonville Road bridge overpass. Police are calling the accident a property damage crash only.
Traffic was directed into the far left lane of westbound I-465 while a bridge inspector and an Indiana Department of Transportation supervisor inspected the bridge's structural security.
All lanes of traffic were opened a short time later.
