Plans Announced for Carmel Palladium Grand Opening

Plans have been announced for grand opening festivities for the new Carmel Performing Arts Center. A ceremonial ribbon cutting, plus a gala and concert with Executive Director Michael Feinstein are among festivities planned to officially open the concert hall and arts education center.
