Opponents of right-to-work legislation said they may take their protest to the Super Bowl.

The group Teamsters Local 135 wore t-shirts with Roman Numerals 46 with a line through them at the Indiana Statehouse Wednesday.

Opponents said an international Super Bowl audience may provide them the perfect opportunity to get attention for their battle against right-to-work legislation.

“It’s really just a silent message, no direct threat to anybody, just saying that if we have to handbill downtown during the Super Bowl we’d be willing to do that,” said Teamsters’ Jeff Combs.
