Supreme Court judge will not speak at Butler graduation
U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts will not speak at the upcoming Butler University graduation commencement, despite student interest.

The high court leader's niece is set to graduate from Butler in May, which prompted some students to campaign for the school to break its no-politicians rule, and invite the chief justice to speak at commencement.

The only exceptions the school has made to the rule were for indiana governors mitch daniels and evan bayh. University officials say they're trying to avoid any controversy a visit from Roberts could cause.
