The Super Bowl is gone and that means so is all the crowds and many of the street closures. Several downtown streets began opening Monday following the Super Bowl rush.
Lisa Garrison said there is a big difference in Indy's downtown during Super Bowl and now.
"It looks a lot different because now there are cars on the street instead of people."
Steven Patton said he is sad to see it go, though.
"I kinda miss the fun. I'd rather the fun stay all the time, but we know it's not going to."
Streets now opened include:
- South Street between West and Missouri Streets
- South Street between Capitol Avenue and Illinois Street
- Exit 79A on Interstate 70
- The Circle
