Hoosier high school students applying to college had better start crunching the numbers. They may need more math to get into Purdue or IU.

Both schools are increasing their requirements for those enrolling in 2011. Purdue will become the strictest university in the big ten, requiring all incoming students to have taken four years of high school math.
IU will require 3-1/2 years.
