More than a 100 candidates are expected to show up at Ball State University's Lucina Hall to interview for Super Bowl jobs.
Two Indianapolis-based staffing companies are responsible for hiring around 600 people to work before and during the Super Bowl.
Recruiters are visiting universities and colleges all over Central Indiana to find workers to fill the positions.
Fox59 is told about 400 of the openings are one to two-day jobs involving parking operations and shuttle bus coordination throughout Indianapolis.
The remaining 300 plus jobs will range from one week to 30 day positions and involve roles such as administrative assistants, city ambassadors assigned to shuttle buses for well-known companies attending the Super Bowl, mobility assistance aids, and event staff for pre-week, pre-game and celebration activities.
The jobs are open to anyone qualified for the position.
Even though the jobs are temporary, Ball State sees this experience as an exciting opportunity that could lead to a future position.
