The chain is adding a new "Great for You" icon to several items to help customers make informed, healthy food choices. The logo will go on Walmart's own store brands.
The store says this isn't meant to lecture customers on making good food choices. Instead the intention is to help families find healthful options.
Look for the change this spring.
