Starting Monday, November 17th after each episode of Fox 59 Morning News one (1) entrant will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received for that day’s program, and tentatively declared a “Daily Winner” (subject to eligibility confirmation and compliance with the rules). There will be a total of four (4) Daily Winners.

Each of the four (4) Daily Winners will receive an Indianapolis Football Prize Pack consisting of: one stadium chair, two cozies, one cap and one football.  

The Grand Prize Winner will receive winner will receive a Football Getaway Trip for Two consisting of: round-trip coach airfare for two from the Indianapolis International Airport to Jacksonville, Florida; round-trip ground transportation between the Jacksonville airport and the hotel; one (1) hotel room for two (2) nights in Jacksonville; two (2) tickets to the December 18, 2008 Indianapolis Colts/Jacksonville Jaguars game; and $700 spending money.

1. TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.  Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. Citizen and a legal resident of the Fox 59-WXIN viewing area.  Sweepstakes begins Monday, November 17, 2008, and ends on Friday November 21, 2008 at 11:59PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, watch Fox59 Morning News from 5AM-9AM during the Sweepstakes Period. During each airing of the program during the Sweepstakes Period, Fox 59-WXIN will announce a “Quarterback of the Day,” and viewers will be prompted to log on to the Contest section of www.fox59.com to enter the Sweepstakes.  Entries for each day’s drawing must be received by 11:59PM EST on the date the program airs.  Entrants must fully complete the official entry form, submitting your name, address, age, e-mail address, and telephone number, and must correctly identify that day’s “Quarterback of the Day.” One entry per household and per e-mail address per day; subsequent entries from a single household and/or e-mail address will disqualify all entries from that household or e-mail address. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant shall be deemed to be the owner of the internet account through which the entry was made.  Entrants must use their own name. Copies or other mechanical reproductions, facsimiles, entries containing technical or electronic reproductions, e-mail entries containing attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: (a) On the day after each episode of Fox 59 Morning News during the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) entrant will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received for that day’s program, and tentatively declared a “Daily Winner” (subject to eligibility confirmation and compliance with the rules), for a total of four (4) Daily Winners.

(b)  All remaining (non-winning) daily entries will be combined into a single entry pool, and on or about Monday, November 24, 2008, Fox 59-WXIN will select one (1) entrant at random from among all eligible daily entries and tentatively declared the “Grand Prize Winner” (subject to eligibility confirmation and compliance with the rules).

(c) Eligible entries must be complete and must correctly identify that day’s QUARTERBACK.  Winners will be contacted by telephone on or about Tuesday, November 25, 2008.  If a selected Winner cannot be reached after reasonable time and effort, is found to be ineligible, or has otherwise failed to comply with these Official Rules, that entrant shall be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries until an eligible winner is selected.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received at the time of each drawing.

3. PRIZES: Each of the four (4) Daily Winners will receive an Indianapolis Football Prize Pack consisting of: one stadium chair, two cozies, one cap and one football (ARV: $50).  The Grand Prize Winner will receive winner will receive a Football Getaway Trip for Two consisting of:  round-trip coach airfare for two from the Indianapolis International Airport to Jacksonville, Florida (travel dates to be determined by Sweepstakes Sponsor); round-trip ground transportation between the Jacksonville airport and the hotel; one (1) hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights in Jacksonville (hotel to be determined by Sponsor); two (2) tickets to the December 18, 2008 Indianapolis Colts/Jacksonville Jaguars game; and $700 spending money (ARV: $2500).

4.  PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: (a) Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. No substitute prizes are available; however, the Sweepstakes Sponsor may, at their discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Only one prize will be awarded per household. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.

(b) Prizes include only the elements listed in these Official Rules.  Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for all other expenses incurred in connection with redeeming the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to, local ground transportation, meals, sightseeing, entertainment, room service, and gratuities.  If Grand Prize Winner's travel companion is under 18 years of age, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  If Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on the designated travel dates, the Grand Prize shall be forfeited and no alternate prize will be awarded.  If the scheduled football game is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the admission ticket portion of the Grand Prize shall be forfeited and no substitution or alternate prize shall be awarded.

(c) Prize winners may be required to claim prizes in person at the studio of Fox 59/WXIN, 6910 Network Place, Indianapolis, IN, 46278, between regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and may be required to present proof of identity and eligibility to claim prizes. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of each winner.

5.  CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS.  Entrants agree Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decision is final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entrants 18 years of age and older agree to allow use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on entry form, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsor, its affiliates and/or its licensees, without additional compensation. Winners by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, representatives, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award, the receipt, or the use of any Sweepstakes prize, and any claims arising in connection with entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for personal injury of any prizewinner incurred in connection with the use of a prize. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving a prize. Prizes will be forfeited and no other winner will be selected if a winner fails to execute any required form of release and waiver as prepared, if requested to do so, within thirty days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to Sponsor, all required release and waiver forms before Monday, December 8, 2008, or the Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and all prizes will be forfeited.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor or its employees. Immediate family members, employees or immediate family of any of Sponsor’s affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, or sponsors are also ineligible. If an entrant has won any prize from the Sponsor within the thirty (30) days before the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period, that entrant is ineligible.

7. INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes.  ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. Sweepstakes rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Indiana law, excluding choice of law provisions.
