It had been a hot contest for the past several weeks, but now we know where to find the best sandwich in Indiana.
The voters have spoken and the famed bratwurst from the Schnitzelbank Restaurant in Jasper took the top prize in the Super 46 Contest.
The brat is served with zesty mustard on rye bread or on a soft pretzel with sides of homemade German fries and coleslaw.
The bratwurst won with 63 percent of the vote in the final round, beating out Rock Cola 50s Cafe’s mile high club sandwich.
