    Indiana House Minority Leader Pat Bauer (D-South Bend) says he has a way to lower gas prices, suspend state taxes on gasoline. Gas prices remain above $4 in much of Central Indiana, with many stations sitting around $4.15 a gallon. Rep. Bauer claims a summer suspension would save consumers $.40 per gallon.
