    For the 14th time this season we woke up to temperatures in single digits Wednesday. Fox59 Weather Authority Meteorologist Ron Smiley says lows Wednesday morning will be near 5 degrees and it could have been colder if clouds had not moved in shortly after midnight. Wind chill values are at or below 0 to begin the day and this afternoon the "feels like" temperature will struggle to hit 15 degrees. It's cold, but at least we aren't dealing with any more snow.
