Fox 59 / Indiana's 4 / IndySportsNation.com Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. To Enter: No Purchase Necessary. To enter the Fox 59 / Indiana's / IndySportsNation.com Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), log on to the Contest section of either Fox59.com, Indianas4.com, or IndySportsNation.com from Tuesday, April 28, 2009 through Sunday, May 17, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period") to completely fill in the Sweepstakes entry form.

Sweepstakes Sponsor (as defined below) will not be responsible for any difficulties establishing Internet connections or logging on to the Contest page, unavailability of servers or any other technical malfunction that may interfere with an entrant's ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Only one (1) entry per household. Multiple entries from a single household will disqualify all entries from that household. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the owner of the Internet account through which the entry was made shall be considered the entrant. Entries sent with attachments shall be disqualified.

2. Deadline: Entries may be submitted from 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2009 through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

3. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner selection is subject to eligibility confirmation. On or about Monday, May 18, 2009, twenty-five (25) First Prize Winners will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries. Then one (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random from among all First Prize winners. The winners will be contacted by telephone on or before Tuesday, May 19, 2009. If a selected winner cannot be reached after reasonable time and efforts, is found to be ineligible, or has otherwise failed to comply with these Official Rules, that entrant shall be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries until an eligible winner is selected. Odds of winning a First Prize depend on the number of entries received; odds of a First Prize Winner winning the Grand Prize are at least 1 in 25.

4. The Prize: Each First Prize Winner will receive four (4) tickets to Carb Day, May 22, 2009 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Estimated Prize Value = $40.00. The Grand Prize Winner will also receive four (4) tickets to the Indy 500, Sunday, May 24, 2009. Estimated Prize Value = $380.00.

Prize winners may be required to pick up prizes in person at the studio of Fox 59/WXIN, 6910 Network Place, Indianapolis, IN, 46278, between regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, and may be required to present proof of identity and eligibility to claim prizes.

5. Eligibility Restrictions: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of Indiana residing within WXIN-TV's or WTTV-TV's viewing area at the time of entry. Employees of WXIN-TV Fox 59, WTTV-TV Indiana's 4, IndySportsNation.com, Tribune Television Company, Indianapolis Motor Speedway and their parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and the immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to enter. If an entrant has won any prize from the Sweepstakes Sponsor within the thirty (30) days before the Sweepstakes Period, that entrant is ineligible. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.

6. Internet: If for any reason the Internet-related portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause, which interrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to damage or undermine the fair and legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.

7. Conditions of Entry: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Sweepstakes Sponsor and its agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for broadcast and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes and the Sweepstakes Sponsor. By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as a winner, he/she may be required to sign a release and waiver of liability, and that failure to execute the prepared form of release and waiver may result in disqualification. By entering, and subject to the opt-out election provided as part of the entry process, each entrant agrees that all information included in their entry submission may be shared with Co-Sponsor Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which may elect to contact entrants.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release Sweepstakes Sponsor from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a prize. No substitute prizes are available; however, Sweepstakes Sponsor may, at its discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by entering, agree that all decisions regarding eligibility, the administration of this Sweepstakes, and the award of Sweepstakes prizes made by the Sweepstakes Sponsor shall be final and binding. Sweepstakes shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Indiana law, excluding choice of law provisions.

All requests must be mailed separately and received no later than one (1) week after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
