The Fountain County Sheriffs Dept has arrested a man on 3 counts of molestation for allegedly molesting a girl he has fostered and adopted after the girl and her two siblings were taken away from her parents.

James Randle was arrested last Wednesday and had his initial court appearance Monday morning.

The 10-year old victim told school counselors what had happened. They then contacted authorities. Randle failed a polygraph test and later gave a full confession according to investigators.

The victim's biological parents are outraged.

"Put me in a room with him (Randle) and I'll walk out, he won't. Any possible time he can serve I want to see him prosecuted to the fullest extent," said the victim's biological father.

DCS says Randle and his wife have been licensed foster parents since 2001. The agency says they had to pass a rigorous screening process that took more than a year.

"If it happened one time it's awful, it's tragic. It's very unusual so were are extremely disappointed and concerned for the children," said DCS director, Judge James Payne.

Even though this happened in Fountain County, Randle is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $75,000 bond.

All of the children have been removed from the Hillsboro home Randle shares with his wife. They are now in the care of other foster families.
